About these terms
Hangtenband.com is the website of Hang Ten, a band from Wisconsin. “We,” “us” and “our” mean the band and its members. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site is here so you can listen to our music, watch our videos, read our lyrics, find our shows and get in touch. That’s about it.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, listen and share links to any page. Please don’t:
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the servers it runs on.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk with bots or automated tools.
- Use the contact form to send spam, threats, harassment or anything illegal.
- Pretend to be us, or suggest we endorse something we don’t.
We may block anyone who does these things.
Our music and content
Our songs, recordings, lyrics, videos, photos, artwork, logo and the name Hang Ten belong to us (or to the people who made them with us). You can enjoy them here and share links to them. You can’t copy, sell, remix or reuse them, or use them in ads, products or other projects, without our written permission.
Want to cover a song, use a clip or feature us somewhere? Ask through the contact page. We’ll probably say yes.
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address and message. We use them only to read and reply to you. We don’t sell them or add you to a mailing list.
Please don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share, like someone else’s music or private information. If you send us song ideas, lyrics or other creative material we didn’t ask for, we’re under no obligation to keep it private or to pay for it.
Merch, shows and other sites
We don’t sell anything on this site. Merch is sold through our store at shop.hangtenband.com, which runs on Shopify, and music is sold on Bandcamp. Those purchases follow the store’s own terms, shipping and refund policies.
The site also links to and embeds players from services like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them.
Show listings are a heads-up, not a promise. Dates, times and venues can change or be cancelled. Tickets are sold by the venue or ticket seller, so check with them before you go.
No guarantees
We provide the site “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t promise it will always work, be error-free or be up to date.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on what’s on it, or using a site we link to. If the law doesn’t allow some of these limits where you live, they apply only as far as it does.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms now and then. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
